1. Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.
A “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. A “business entity” is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, that acts in the course of its commercial or independent professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Options for Correction
The purchase contract is concluded with Bilel Ouerfelli.
By listing the products in the online store, we are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation via email.

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login area.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Shipping Costs
In addition to the listed prices, shipping costs may apply for delivery. The exact shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you during the ordering process as well as on our shipping information page.
4.2 Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
We only offer shipping. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods in person.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices listed at the time of ordering apply. These are total prices. We do not charge value-added tax.
5.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our store.
Credit Card
You will enter your credit card information during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself using your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is processed by PayPal immediately after you place your order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment options in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence over the offering of these options; any additional payment options offered on an individual basis pertain to your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find more information on this in your PayPal account.
Invoice
The invoice amount is due 14 days after receipt of the invoice and the goods via bank transfer to the bank account specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to offer purchase on account only after a successful credit check.
6. Warranties and Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies.

7. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
